Another week down! Today officially marks SIX MONTHS from my race with means I officially “training” and not just building a base!
HIGH – Being really excited for Race-Mania in Boston this weekend – Hoping to put a lot of faces to names and excited to learn from the clinics/workshops/expo etc. http://race-mania.com
LOW – Having a slight panic attack in the pool Wednesday – See yesterdays post!
HIGH – Ordering my Tri Kit from CCFA for the race – LOVE new swag and will proudly be wearing this on race day. Size wise I am waiting to hear if the company can get an XS in in time but was still fun to order!
LOW – My new Garmin STILL not coming in – Amazon returned my watch because I was not at home to get it. I reordered and still have not been able to sign for it!
HIGH – New running playlist – Nothing keeps me more motivated to run than I good playlist! I treated myself to a bunch of new songs for my long run tomorrow.
LOW – Not making fundraising a priority this week – I really need to re-focus on this. I really wanted to hit 2,000 by the end of the month!
HIGH – Letting some of my patients know what I am doing – The response has been great and has really been nice to show them how strongly I feel about finding a cure.
HIGH – Nutrition – Cut way back on my sugar this week and ordered some vitamins that were recommended to me!
