Welcome! My name is Lori and I am a 30-year-old living in Boston trying to live each day with a positive outlook and with a smile on my face. I love to stay active and am always up for trying new things. My family and friends are my number one priority and I try to spend as much time with them as I can. I also work A LOT and right now work full-time at Brigham and Women’s Hospital as a social worker and part-time for the Boston Emergency Service Team as a crisis clinician. I also am a charity running coach for CCFA. Running for me is not only a passion but also a stress relief and form of therapy. I work out with Beantown Bootcamp and couldn’t love it more. In my spare time I love exploring new restaurants, grabbing a glass (or 4) of wine with friends, traveling, volunteering, golf, attending sporting events, reading, and just being around people. I hope to use this blog to document my life and inspire people to live a healthy balanced life!
